Professor Paul Butler joined Allison Seymour, DC Fox 5's morning news co-host, to discuss the allegations that Marion Berry, formerly D.C.'s Mayor, violated ethics rules.

Berry, now a D.C. Council Member, allegedly awarded a $15,000 city contract to Donna Watts-Brighthaupt, his then-girlfriend. Berry allegedly forced Watts-Brighthaupt to return portions of the payment.

Professor Butler addressed a number of legal issues, including the likelihood that Berry will be criminally charged. Butler also addressed Berry's previous trials, including a drug possession charge which resulted in a hung jury, likely as a result of jury nullification.
