Professor Paul Butler joined host Robert Siegel to discuss the arrest of Twitter using protestors at Pittsburgh's G20 economic summit. Elliot Madison, a 41 year old self-described anarchist, allegedly tweeted the location of police officers to enable protestors to avoid arrest. Professor Butler discussed the First Amendment ramifications for such arrests.
